Auckland Urban Density Study

The Auckland Urban Density Study assesses the urban density of specific areas and how they compare with the urban densities proposed in Proposed Appendix H to the Regional Policy Statement.

General land use guidelines for development are outlined in Chapter 13 of the Sustainable Transport Plan.


Integrated Transport Assessment Guidelines
The Integrated Transport Assessment (ITA) Guidelines provide guidance on the requirement for an Integrated Transport Assessment, which is a requirement of the Auckland Regional Policy Statement Plan Change 6, Method 2.6.12.7.
