ARTA's 10-year Passenger Transport Network Plan is designed to recognise the way Auckland is growing, and to change the way Auckland moves.

It sets out detailed plans for a Rapid Transit Network, a Quality Transit Network, and local and targeted transport services to support the development of Auckland as a successful, modern city.

Plans for the rail component of the Rapid Transit Network are set out in more detail in the Rail Development Plan.
