MAXX is the regional transport brand for Auckland. It covers all modes of transport, all services and routes and all public transport operators (see bus operators) within the MAXX Auckland regional transport system. MAXX is also the identifier for customers at all train and bus stations, ferry terminals and bus shelters/stops.
The MAXX website offers personal journey planning, downloadable timetables, fare information, ticket information and public transport maps.
It’s also the best place to check for service disruptions or changes and to find out when public transport services are available for events, concerts etc.

The Kiosk is located on the ground floor of the Britomart Transport Centre in lower Queen St. Helpful staff will answer any of your ‘how to get from A to B’ questions.MAXX Britomart Information Kiosk
The kiosk is open from 7.30am to 6.30pm from Monday to Friday, and 8.00am to 3.30pm on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. It is closed on Christmas day.
